Working at Felbermayr

Team of opportunities

Felbermayr started an employer branding campaign in 2019, using a variety of media. The motto: Team of opportunities. The campaign communicated via outdoor advertising, cinema advertising, TV advertising and social media. In doing so, technical and commercial job profiles were presented. With the hashtag #teamdermöglichkeiten [team of opportunities] Felbermayr employees could also provide information via social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) about their duties in the company and thus provide interesting impressions.



Apprenticeships at Felbermayr

Alongside specialists from the area of construction and transport, the job opportunities are also suited to apprentices. There are various options for young people to choose from here. Apprenticeships with leaving certificates are supported in the same way as another training innovation, the dual academy, offering general secondary school leaving certificate holders the opportunity of vocational training with a shortened training period. With these options, Felbermayr is striving to make suitable training possible for as many young people as possible.
