1. Send application

2. Telephone interview / Invitation to meeting
We will quickly check your documents and, if you are suitable, invite you to a personal interview – either online or in person at one of our sites. 

3. Second round / Getting to know the workplace and the team
If we both have a good feeling after getting to know each other, we usually arrange a second round – a taster appointment, so to speak, on site, so that you can get a deeper insight into our working world and meet your future team.

We clarify all the general conditions and clarify the details your start.

We will always inform you about the outcome of your application, even if it does not lead to a match between you and our position – if you wish, we will be happy to include your documents in our talent pool.
