Quality management

In order to keep all its services at the same high level of quality, Felbermayr has introduced an integrated management system that includes quality and occupational safety programmes. The management systems are being extended to new sites all the time and are regularly checked by an accredited certification authority (TÜV Austria). Specially trained employees are responsible for overseeing the sites and carrying out internal audits. 

The basic idea behind our management systems is to continually improve our processes and services. In terms of quality management, we are optimising our organisational workflows. Our occupational safety systems are reducing the number of accidents that occur, preventing accidents at work altogether and making working environments safer. This is all made possible by analysing key figures and formulating plans of action to tackle them.
