Change of name and merger into Felbermayr Bau

“After many years of close cooperation between the two Felbermayr subsidiaries, what belongs together is now growing together,” says Felbermayr-Bau Managing Director Stefan Hielle, expressing his delight at the merger of the two Bavarian construction companies.
Over the course of the merger, the former location of Reinhold Meister Wasserbau in Hengersberg will become the headquarters of the company specialising in landfill and hydraulic engineering as well as earthworks and civil engineering. The existing Hagn Umwelttechnik will keep its site in Sulzemoos and continue using the current branch as an operating facility.
The operations of Reinhold Meister Wasserbau, which primarily focuses on hydraulic engineering, are thus being integrated into the construction company Hagn Umwelttechnik, which is also active in hydraulic engineering. This does not affect Hagn's activities in civil engineering and earthworks, which are mainly based in sealing construction and landfill construction.
Nothing will change for customers during the course of the merger. “The contact persons remain the same and can still be reached under the original contact details,” notes Hielle, adding that the merger is also accompanied by an increase in efficiency in terms of joining forces and reducing bureaucracy. Thus, the customers of both companies will also benefit from the merger.
